## Job Description

### Qualifications & Experience

- Degree in: Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Media/Film Production, Graphic Design, Communications or related field.

- At least 1 year experience backed with portfolio or link to previous work.

- Experience managing a brand’s social media pages is a strong advantage

- Content creation technical skills: Copywriting, script writing and basic understanding of video editing process.

- Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication, ability to develop creative concepts and persuasive communication skills.

- Digital marketing knowledge: SEO, social media marketing, content strategy, analytics and reporting, paid advertising, audience research

- Understanding algorithms, trends, hashtags and audience engagement.

### Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute creative content for social media platforms

- Ensure content posted on social media aligns with Kilimall’s brand.

- Plan and maintain a content calendar based on marketing and branding objectives.

- Research current social media trends, topics, and audience interests to develop relevant content.

- Write engaging captions, scripts, headlines, and other marketing copy.

- Manage and publish content across platforms especially TikTok and youtube.

- Monitor content performance using analytics and provide regular performance reports.

- Track audience engagement, reach, views, follower growth, and other relevant KPIs.
