Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CFT):Act as the primary AML/CFT compliance contact.Implement and maintain AML/CFT programmes and procedures.Conduct compliance and KYC reviews.Monitor client activity and identify suspicious transactions.Liaise with regulatory authorities and submit required reports.Conduct ongoing AML/CFT training and awareness initiatives.2. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management:Manage relationships with regulators and coordinate regulatory submissions.Maintain compliance risk management plans and compliance registers.Conduct compliance monitoring and gap analyses.Ensure adherence to all applicable legislation and regulatory requirements.Assist with regulatory inspections and audits.Provide compliance guidance and support to management and operational teams.3.
