## Job Description

Buy Zimbabwe is seeking to recruit a dynamic, innovative, and results-oriented Commercial Manager to drive business growth, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and enhance the organization's commercial performance.

### Duties and Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales, marketing, and business development strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with members, sponsors, government agencies, and other key stakeholders.
- Lead and motivate commercial teams to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends, economic developments, and business opportunities within Zimbabwe and the region.
- Develop and manage commercial budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Negotiate and manage commercial agreements and partnerships.
- Represent Buy Zimbabwe at business forums, exhibitions, conferences, and stakeholder engagements.

### Qualifications

and Experience

- Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in sales, marketing, business development, or commercial management.
- Proven track record in achieving sales and revenue growth targets.
- Strong understanding of Zimbabwe's business and economic environment.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Membership of a relevant professional body will be an added advantage. Key Competencies
