Medprime Training College is seeking to recruit a competent, experienced and results-oriented College Manager – Finance & Operations to oversee the College’s financial, administrative and operational functions.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounts, knowledge of property and asset management, and proven managerial and leadership experience. The role will primarily oversee the Accounts Department while providing general supervision of staff and College operations as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the Accounts Department and ensure effective financial controls and proper financial records.
- Monitor student fee collection, receipting, banking, expenditure, reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Monitor budgets, expenditure and accountability of College funds.
- Provide general administrative and operational oversight of the College.
- Supervise and coordinate staff, including monitoring attendance, discipline, performance and compliance with College policies.
- Oversee College property, assets, facilities, maintenance and resource utilization.
- Support management in implementing policies, procedures and operational decisions.
- Identify operational challenges and recommend practical solutions.
- Promote professionalism, teamwork, accountability and efficient service delivery.
- Prepare administrative, financial and operational reports as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Business Management, Commerce or a related field.
- CPA (K) or equivalent is an added advantage.
- At least 3–5 years’ relevant experience in finance/accounts, administration, operations or management.
- Demonstrated experience in financial oversight, accounts management and staff supervision.
- Good understanding of property, asset and resource management.
