The Company is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the post of Club Manager.Based in Nchalo, the Club Manager will be responsible for the overall management and operations of the Shire Club. She/he will lead all sections to ensure exceptional member service, sound financial management, proper maintenance of facilities, and compliance with club policies and licensing requirements.Responsibilities include:Oversee daily operations of the Kitchen, Bar, restaurant, Events, Housekeeping, and maintenanceEnsure high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and hospitality across the clubMonitor revenue, costs, stock, and margins for F&B, Bar, and EventsEnsure proper maintenance of club buildings, grounds, equipment, and utilitiesEnsure compliance with Food Safety, alcohol licensing, and health & safety regulationsQualifications and ExperienceMust have a Degree or Diploma in Hospitality industry plus 5 years of experience in service of Food & BeverageStrong leadership and people management skillMust have Financial and customer service skillsMultiskilled in a customer-centric approachInterested and qualified applicants should submit their applications together with an updated Curriculum Vitae and the names of three traceable referees to:The Human Resources ManagerNkhanga Essential Support ServicesP.O.
