Client Implementation Manager, Global Implementation

Global Implementation is responsible for delivering the Bank’s Transaction Banking products and services to clients, ensuring implementations are completed in line with agreed service commitments and that digital integrations are as seamless as possible. The Client Implementation Manager will manage the end-to-end delivery of Transaction Banking solutions, acting as a key contact throughout client onboarding and implementation. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end implementation of Transaction Banking Cash and Trade solutions at regional and global level. Project-manage client implementations from deal handover through delivery and transition to Business as Usual (BAU) servicing. Partner across Sales, Product, Technical Integration, Technology, Operations, Channel and Service teams to deliver client solutions. Lead client training, solution implementation and post-implementation activities, including feedback and client surveys. Manage implementation governance, delivery risks and issues while ensuring solutions remain aligned with client requirements. Skills and Experience We are looking for someone with: Strong client implementation and project management capability. Knowledge of Transaction Banking, particularly Cash and Trade products. Understanding of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), systems and technology integration. Strong stakeholder and client relationship management skills. Operational risk and governance awareness. Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Continuous improvement and problem-solving capability. Relevant experience within banking and financial services, or a similar industry. Practical experience in client implementation, project management and Transaction Banking solutions. Qualifications A relevant university degree or equivalent professional qualification in finance, business administration or related disciplines. Project Management Professional (PMP), Projects IN Controlled Environments (PRINCE2), or an equivalent project management certification would be an advantage.
