Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (or recent graduate) in Public Relations and Communications, Healthcare Management, Marketing, Customer Experience Management or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional presentation, empathy and a patient-centred mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
- Support patient experience and customer service operations.
- Assist with patient feedback collection, satisfaction surveys, and complaint management.
- Monitor patient waiting times and coordinate service follow-ups.
- Support patient communication, service recovery, and experience improvement initiatives.
- Promote professional service standards across hospital departments.
- Prepare daily activity reports and contribute to patient experience performance tracking.
