Job Summary

• As a Claims Representative, you will assess, process, and adjust medical claims accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies, quality standards, and service level commitments.
• Reporting to the Claims Supervisor, you will work closely with global colleagues to deliver excellent customer outcomes and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, assess, and process medical claims accurately and within agreed turnaround times.
• Maintain accurate data entry across multiple systems.
• Apply analytical thinking and sound judgment when evaluating claims.
• Manage workload effectively while meeting quality and productivity targets.
• Escalate complex or unclear claims as appropriate.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders.
• Support a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Adhere to confidentiality requirements when handling sensitive medical information.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.

Language Skills

• Fluent in English.
• Additional languages such as French, Portuguese, Spanish, German, or Arabic are an advantage.
