## Job Description

Role Summary

To provide strategic leadership and oversight of all nursing services to ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting Plainsview Hospital’s strategic objectives of workforce excellence, patient satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial sustainability.

Qualifications

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

- MBA in Healthcare Management, strategic management, or any Leadership (Mandatory).

- Registered Nurse with a valid license from the Nursing Council of Kenya.

- Minimum 7 years nursing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

- Strong understanding of MOH regulations, Safe Care standards, and clinical governance frameworks.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

- Experience handling ICU, Maternity, and Theatre.
