Canaan BnBVACANCY: CHEFLocation: Canaan BnB, Area 43, LilongweCanaan BnB is looking for a hardworking and experienced Chef to join our team.RequirementsMust have a certificate in Cooking, Hospitality, Hotel and Catering, or any related field.Must have experience working as a chef or cook.Experience working in a reputable hotel, lodge, restaurant, or guest house will be an added advantage.Ability to prepare international cuisines will be an added advantage.Must be honest, reliable, and able to work under minimum supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook meals for guests.Ensure the kitchen and workstations are always clean.Monitor food supplies and report when stock is running low.Store food properly and maintain good hygiene standards.Ensure food is well prepared and served on time.Take good care of kitchen equipment and utensils.Perform any other duties assigned by management.How to ApplyInterested candidates should send their application letter, CV, and copies of relevant certificates to canaanbnb@gmail.com or contact 0890646785 for more information.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
