## Job Description

### Overall Responsibility:-

- Overseeing day-to-day operations and management of the hospital kitchen Supervision of Catering Department staff, Food Production and Service, Procurement and Hygiene maintenance, among others.

Requirements:-

- Bsc  Degree in Hospitality and Tourism  Management from a recognized institution

- Higher National Diploma in Institutional Management is an added advantage

- Three (3) years’ relevant experience as a Catering Manager in a busy hospital or hotel kitchen.  

- Knowledge in therapeutic nutrition will be an added advantage.

- Demonstrate strong leadership, management and communication skills.
