ROLE SUMMARY

• The Case Management Assistant will support the coordination, monitoring. and administration of patient care throughout the healthcare journey. The role will work closely with clinicians, nurses, patients, families, insurance providers, and other stakeholders to facilitate timely and cost-effective delivery of quality healthcare services.

REQUIREMENT

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution. Must be duly registered and licensed by the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK).
• Membership with CMAKE is mandatory.
• Additional training or certification in Case Management, Utilization
• Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Training in medical insurance processes and claims management will be an added advantage.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of hospital billing systems/HMIS.
• Additional training or certification in Case Management, Utilization
• Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Training in medical insurance processes and claims management will be an added advantage.
