Sales & Marketing Jobs, KCB Bank Jobs. Cards Business Development Manager drives card product growth, merchant acquisition, and portfolio expansion, requires a relevant Degree and proven banking business development experience. Full-time role in Nairobi.

### Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategy and road map for card products.

- Lead an end to end Product Development process from ideation to launch.

- Liaise with marketing teams and customer service to develop go to market strategies and support campaigns to increase product adoption.

- Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders such as payment networks (Visa, Mastercard), processors, and technology vendors.

- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with card manufacturers, payment gateways, and other third-party providers.

- Provide support in Driving all Card issuing projects to ensure timely implementation and shorten go to-market duration. 

- Monitor and improve the customer journey for card holders ensuring optimal experience across all bank Channels
