Job description
Engineering Jobs, Bata Jobs. Responsible for overseeing canvas factory operations, managing production schedules, supervising staff, monitoring inventory, and ensuring efficient use of resources. Requires a degree or diploma in Production Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Limuru.
Bata is looking for a results-driven manufacturing professional who can lead production teams, optimise factory performance, uphold product quality and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications
- A degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Production Management or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in footwear manufacturing or a comparable production environment, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
- Sound knowledge of canvas footwear manufacturing processes, production planning, quality management and cost control.
- Experience managing production teams and manufacturing equipment.
