### Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily camp/lodge operations.

- Lead, train and develop staff to maintain high service standards.

- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and personalised service.

- Oversee housekeeping, maintenance and overall presentation of the camp.

- Manage stock control, ordering and regular stock takes.

- Oversee meal service, guest check-ins and check-outs.

- Maintain effective communication and positive working relationships.

- Handle staff discipline, performance and day-to-day supervision.

### Requirements

- Minimum of 4 years’ relevant hospitality experience.

- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a lodge, hotel or similar environment.

- Strong food and beverage knowledge.

- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.

- Strong attention to detail and a passion for service excellence.

- Good computer literacy.

- Understanding of stock control and basic financial administration.

- Knowledge of housekeeping and maintenance procedures.

- A valid driver’s licence.

- Hotel or hospitality qualification will be an added advantage.
