We partner with both urban referral hospitals and rural facilities to improve access to timely, high quality diagnostic services. We are expanding our digital diagnostic platform to support hospitals with scalable, technology enabled solutions. Role Overview We are hiring a Business Development Lead to drive hospital acquisition and revenue growth. This is a commercial role focused on closing deals, not a marketing or support role. You will be responsible for converting hospitals into paying clients and building a strong, repeatable sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and prioritize target hospitals Initiate direct outreach to hospital leadership and decision makers Lead end to end sales cycle from first contact to signed contract Present and position KPN’s solutions to clinical and administrative stakeholders Negotiate pricing and close commercial agreements Build and manage a structured sales pipeline Identify and drive account expansion opportunities Track and report on pipeline, conversions, and revenue What Success Looks Like Strong pipeline of qualified hospital opportunities Consistent conversion of leads to paying clients Demonstrated ability to close and expand accounts Structured and repeatable sales approach Minimum
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in healthcare business development or medical sales Proven track record of closing B2B deals Experience selling into hospitals or health systems Strong negotiation and communication
skills
Ability to engage senior decision makers Preferred Background Experience in diagnostics, medical devices, or digital health Existing network within Kenyan healthcare sector Understanding of hospital procurement processes Check how your CV aligns with this job
