### Offtaker domestic market expansion

- Identifying, size and prioritizing opportunities to grow offtakers’ domestic customer base and distribution across Kenya.

- Supporting go-to-market plans for institutional buyers, urban retail, food service and informal markets, respecting each offtaker’s commercial strategy.

- Opening access to buyer networks, distributors and market intelligence; tracking sales against agreed growth indicators.

- Identifying shared-service and coopetition opportunities, such as joint logistics, cold chain or promotion.

### Advisory to the Programme team

- Advising on offtakers’ commercial trajectory, analyzing unit economics, margins, distribution economics and competitive positioning, and recommending Programme adaptations.

- Anticipating risks (pricing pressure, buyer concentration, working capital, new entrants) with proposed responses; supporting briefings to the Programme Director, partners and investors.

### Offtaker workshop support

- Helping to coordinate and deliver workshops on market expansion, buyer engagement, distribution economics and investor readiness.

- Capturing learnings from each event as practical, actionable outputs.
