### Role Description

The Business Development and Marketing Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Nairobi. This role involves lead generation, relationship management, market research, internal collaboration and expanding the client base across Jefigs Credit Limited’s loan products.

Requirements and Qualifications

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, marketing or a related field.

Candidates should possess a 5-year work experience in Business Development and marketing.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present financial products clearly and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

MBA in marketing and membership in MSK will be an added advantage.

Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office and CRM software, with the ability to prepare clear reports and presentations.

Candidates should possess the ability to review financial data, sales reports and market research.
