We are seeking four experienced Breeding Technicians to join our production team and play a key role in managing poultry production, flock health, biosecurity, and daily operations.Key ResponsibilitiesFlock Management: Manage daily poultry production, flock health, daily feeding, and culling of weak birds.Environmental & System Checks: Monitor environmental conditions (temp, ventilation) and inspect automated feeding, water, and manure removal systems.Biosecurity: Strictly enforce farm biosecurity measures, including personnel and vehicle disinfection.Inventory & Records: Maintain accurate production records, vaccination logs, and manage the use of feed, veterinary drugs, and vaccines.Supervision: Direct and supervise farm attendants on poultry management and biosecurity procedures.Qualifications & ExperienceEducation: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry, Livestock Production, Agriculture, or a related field.Experience: Minimum 3 years of practical experience in large-scale commercial layer farming.Skills: Hands-on experience with full poultry production cycles, disease prevention, and automated poultry equipment.
