## Job Description

Sales Jobs. Davis & Shirtliff Group Jobs. Brand Support Specialist supporting the implementation of brand strategies and providing technical guidance on product selection and application, requiring a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Marketing with 3-5 years experience in FMCG or manufacturing, in a technical sales environment, on-site role.

### Roles & Responsibilities

- Support the implementation of brand strategies for company products in line with company objectives.

- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of company products, specifications, applications, features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

- Work closely with the sales team to support product presentations, quotations, tenders, customer proposals, and product demonstrations.

- Provide first-line technical guidance on product selection, installation, application, compatibility, and troubleshooting.

- Respond to customer enquiries regarding product availability, specifications, applications, warranties, and technical requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Electrical Technology, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in FMCG door-door in a manufacturing sector.

- Commercial awareness and ability to work closely with sales teams

- Willingness to travel for customer visits, training, exhibitions, and product demonstrations

- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Strong team player with excellent organisational, negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills.

- Ability to prioritise work, manage multiple deadlines and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
