Responsible for developing and implementing brand and communication strategies, managing brand campaigns, overseeing digital and social media content, supporting product launches, managing communication materials, and monitoring brand performance. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field. The position is based in Nairobi and requires on-site work.
Role Purpose
Lead the execution of brand and marketing communications strategy, overseeing brand campaigns, digital, PR, sponsorships, and partnerships to ensure consistent brand expression and contribute to brand growth and business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead integrated brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
- Drive content and digital communications across all relevant platforms.
- Manage brand partnerships, sponsorships, events, and activations.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning and high-quality execution.
- Track campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver strategic brand initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Professional qualification (e.g., CIM, Chartered Marketer) is an added advantage.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in FMCG and brand marketing, with proven success in brand communications and partnerships.
- Strong skills in brand strategy, positioning, segmentation, communication, and digital.
- Advanced computer literacy (MS Office, analytics tools, CRM, social platforms).
- Excellent project management, reporting, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated leadership in supervising small teams and managing agencies.
