## Job Description

Branch Manager – SME Biashara Loans overseeing loan appraisal, disbursement, collections and portfolio management while leading a team of at least 7 staff, requiring 3+ years experience in SME business loans or related lending operations and a good understanding of SME loan processes and customer due diligence, in a financial services environment, on-site role.

### QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years’ experience in SME Business Loans or related lending operations.

- Computer literate with good reporting and analytical skills.

- Strong experience in loan appraisal, disbursement, collections and portfolio management, with the ability to maintain a low PAR.

- Proven experience managing a team of at least 7 staff members.

- Good understanding of SME Business loan processes, customer due diligence and loan recovery.
