Job description
Administration Jobs. Powerstar Supermarket Jobs. Responsible for overseeing daily supermarket operations, managing staff, monitoring sales and stock levels, handling customer concerns, and ensuring the branch meets its financial and service targets. Requires a degree or diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nairobi.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in retail management (supermarket experience is highly preferred).
- Proven track record in sales management, customer service, and store operations.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills (team supervision, coaching, conflict resolution).
- The ideal candidate will ensure smooth. Excellent communication skills, both written store performance, deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales targets, and manage a diverse team in a fast- paced retail environment.
