Branch Manager leading sales operations and motivating the sales team to achieve targets at the Nakuru branch, requiring a diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration, 3+ years proven sales experience preferably in retail and previous experience supervising a sales team, in a home appliances retail environment, on-site role in Nakuru.

We are looking for a results-driven and people-focused Branch Manager to join our team and lead sales operations at our Nakuru branch.

### Key Responsibilities

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, revenue, and customer growth.

- Monitor daily sales performance and provide regular reports and insights.

- Coach, train and support sales representatives to improve performance.

- Manage customer relationships and ensure a high standard of customer service.

- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with relevant teams to support sales.

- Identify market opportunities and keep track of competitor activities.

- Handle customer concerns and support the team in resolving escalated issues.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, sales procedures, and operational standards.

- Work closely with management to achieve branch and company objectives.

### Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.

- 3+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in retail (home appliances/electronics) or a similar fast-paced environment.

- Previous experience managing or supervising a sales team.

- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and customer service skills.

- Demonstrated ability to work with and achieve sales targets.

- Strong analytical and reporting skills.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider team.

- Must be based in Nakuru.
