Branch Manager – General Business, Nakuru overseeing branch sales and administrative operations to ensure completion of performance targets in underwritten premium, client recruitment and expenses control, requiring an undergraduate degree, ACII or AIIK professional insurance qualification and at least 5 years experience heading an insurance branch, in an insurance environment, on-site role in Nakuru.

Job Purpose

The job involves overseeing branch sales & administrative operations to ensure completion of performance targets in respect to underwritten premium, client recruitment, quality service and expenses control to achieve business objectives.

Knowledge & Experience

### Experience

- Undergraduate Degree in any field

- Professional Insurance Qualifications ACII or AIIK

- Diploma in Marketing an added advantage

- At least 5 years of relevant experience of successfully heading a branch of an insurance Company
