## Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS

 
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
 
- 2-5 years of experience in retail management (supermarket experience is highly preferred).
 
-  Proven track record in sales management, customer service, and store operations.
 
- Strong leadership and people-management skills (team supervision, coaching, conflict resolution).
 
- The ideal candidate will ensure smooth. Excellent communication skills, both written store performance, deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales targets, and manage a diverse team in a fast- paced retail environment.
