Applications are invited from suitably qualified and motivated candidates to fill the following positions:

### 1. BRANCH COORDINATOR (2 POSITIONS)

### Locations

- Solwezi (1 Position)

- Mpongwe (1 Position)

### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Branch Operations and Administration.

- Sales and Business Development.

- Loan Processing and Compliance.

- Loan Repayments and Collections.

- Staff Supervision and Performance Management.

- Reporting and Performance Analysis.

- Customer Service.

- Risk Management and Internal Controls.

- Communication and Management Support.

### REQUIREMENTS

- Applicants must be residents of the town they are applying to work in, either Solwezi or Mpongwe.

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a microfinance institution or financial services environment, will be an added advantage.

- Strong organisational, communication, and supervisory skills.

- Ability to monitor branch performance, coordinate daily operations, and support sales and loan collection activities.

- Must be results-oriented, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.

### 2. FINANCE INTERN

Location: Lusaka

### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Bank Reconciliation.

- Collections.

- Administrative Support.
