Viscar Industrial Capacity Ltd is seeking an innovative and commercially driven Business Development Manager – ICT & Digital Transformation to lead growth across ICT, telecommunications and digital transformation solutions.

Key Focus Areas

- ICT technical sales and business development

- Digital transformation and technology solutions

- Client acquisition and account growth

- Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI, Data Analytics and Mobile Network Technologies

- Strategic technology partnerships

- Market expansion and solution commercialization

- Team leadership and performance management

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in ICT, Computer Science, Telecommunications/ICT Engineering or a related field

- Minimum 3 years’ proven technical sales experience in ICT, telecommunications, digital transformation or related technology solutions (mandatory)

### At least ONE professional certification in any of the following is mandatory

- Artificial Intelligence (AI)

- Cybersecurity

- Data Analytics

- Mobile Network Technologies

- Experience in Telecoms Strategy & Policy, ICT Service Design, Commercialization of ICT Services, Digital Access or Digital Transformation solutions is highly desired

- At least 2 years’ experience in a managerial/supervisory role

- Proven track record in sales growth, client acquisition and strategic partnerships

- Experience working with government agencies, utilities and large corporates is an added advantage
