## Job Description

BD Executive role at Red Giant Media Agency, driving business development and client acquisition. Requires 2–3 years’ experience in business development/sales, ideally in BTL, experiential marketing, events, or a media/advertising agency. Full-time, on-site role.

### Key Responsibilities

- Identifying and visiting prospective client offices to pitch our services

- Proactively calling and following up on leads

- Closing deals and handing over to our Client Service team for seamless execution

- Consistently hitting monthly conversion targets

### What we’re looking for

- 2–3 years’ experience in business development/sales, ideally within BTL, experiential marketing, events, or a media/advertising agency

- A proven closer — confident on the phone, in person, and at the negotiating table

- Self-driven, resilient, comfortable working to targets with minimal supervision

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field — or equivalent demonstrated experience

- A relevant network in the marketing/events space is an advantage
