## Job Description

Qualifications

- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Service, or a related field.

- Training in Bartending, Mixology or Beverage Management will be an added advantage.

- Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene is preferred.

Experience.

- 2–5 years’ experience in bar operations, hospitality, or food & beverage service.

- Previous experience as a Bartender, Senior Bartender or Bar Attendant.

- Proven experience in staff supervision and customer service.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of bar operations, beverages and mixology.

- Excellent understanding of stock control, inventory management and beverage costing.

- Proficiency in POS systems and cash-handling procedures.

- Knowledge of health, safety and liquor licensing requirements.

- Ability to supervise, train, motivate and develop bar staff.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to maintain high service standards and monitor staff performance.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle guest complaints and challenging situations professionally.

- A strong passion for guest satisfaction and service excellence.
