Job description

Responsibilities

• Bar Operations & Speed: Oversee bar ergonomics, hygiene, and line speed to ensure seamless drink output during peak trading hours, matches, and live events.
• Quality & Innovation: Maintain top-tier quality for draft lines, spirits, and signature cocktails; continuously innovate promotional drink menus and happy hour offerings.
• Beverage Cost Control: Manage inventory, daily pour sheets, wastage logs, and weekly variance reports to achieve strict margin targets.
• Team Leadership & Training: Roster, train, and mentor the bar crew on product knowledge, upselling, speed-crafting, and responsible service of alcohol.
• Sports & Event Prep: Ensure all bar setups, draft taps, and match-day beverage stations are fully operational and stocked prior to kickoff.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Mixology certification.
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years managing a high-volume bar, pub, or night venue.
• Skills: Expert beverage knowledge (spirits, cocktails, beer, wine), POS proficiency, and inventory management expertise.
• Attributes: Energetic, sharp eye for detail, strong lead-by-example attitude, and passion for nightlife and sports culture.
