Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Actuarial Science, or a related field
- Certificate of Proficiency (COP) in Insurance
- Valid IRA licence
- At least 2 years’ experience in insurance, preferably in Bancassurance.
- Strong skills in prospecting, sales pipeline management, reporting, and public speaking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
