Assistant Trainer – Agriculture delivering competence-based training in agriculture and agricultural extension, requiring a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or Agricultural Extension with CBET/CBA and pedagogy training, in a TVET institute environment, on-site role in Meru.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Extension or a related field, with CBET/CBA and pedagogy training.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Are highly organized and hard-working.

- Letters of recommendation (in sealed envelopes) from at least three persons familiar with the applicant’s professional experience and general character one of whom must be the pastor of their local church.
