Assistant Student Counsellor – Grade 9/10 – MKsU/ASC/01/26  (1 Position)

Qualifications

• Must have an earned Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, Education Psychology or equivalent.
• Registered with relevant professional body.

OR

• Must have an earned Bachelor’s degree in Counseling Psychology, Education Psychology or equivalent. Six (6) years working experience, three (3) of which in student counseling.
• Registered with relevant professional body.
• Must be Computer literate.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide counseling services to University Students.
• Organize the students’ orientation exercise to familiarize them with counseling services at the University.
• Keep an accurate record of counseling sessions with the students.
• Coordinate peer counseling activities.
• Supervise staff under them.
