## Job Description

Finance Jobs, Progressive Credit Jobs. Responsible for supporting check-off loan operations, managing client relationships, reviewing loan applications, monitoring repayments, and supporting portfolio growth. Requires a relevant qualification in finance, credit management, business, banking, or a related field. The position is based in Nairobi and requires on-site work.

### Key Responsibilities

- Provide leadership and oversight of the Sector

- Drive growth of the sector loan book through product development and market penetration

- Monitor portfolio quality and manage Non-Performing Loans

- Develop strategies to enhance customer service and turnaround time

- Lead, mentor and develop sector staff

- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes and procedures

- Monitor sector performance, market trends and profitability

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field from a recognized university

- CPA/Credit Certification or Diploma/Credit Certification

- At least 7 years’ senior-level experience in Credit within an MFI or financial institution

- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, negotiation, and report-writing skills

- Proficiency in MS Office
