Job description
Role: Site-Based | Experience: 2–4 years
Education: Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with BOQs, measurements, valuations, variations and cost reports.
- Conduct site measurements and verify completed works.
- Assist with subcontractor claims, payment applications and cost control.
- Monitor material usage, project costs and work progress.
- Maintain accurate QS records and documentation.
- Coordinate with Project, Site, Procurement and Accounts teams.
Key Requirements
- Must have Hands-on construction site experience is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel
- Good understanding of construction methods and cost control.
- Willingness to work full-time in a site-based construction environment.
