## Job Description

### Key Responsibilities

- Translate business requirements into technical system specifications.

- Manage core banking system enhancements, upgrades, and software releases.

- Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex data Integrity issues.

- Oversee IT support officers to ensure optimal system stability and uptime.

 Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 5-7 years experience as a system analyst.

- Strong proficiency in SQL database, relational databases management, reporting tools and familiarity with core banking platforms.

- Demonstrated experience in team leadership and IT vendor management.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
