ABOUT THE ROLE Kubula Mining Resources Limited is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented and qualified professional to join its Human Resources team as an Assistant Human Resource Manager. The successful candidate will support daily HR operations, manage personnel records and lead statutory payroll compliance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Statutory Payroll Returns: Prepare and submit monthly NAPSA, NHIMA and PAYE returns accurately using Microsoft Excel within established deadlines. • Payroll Processing: Support end-to-end monthly payroll processing, time and attendance tracking, and wage reconciliations. • HR Administration: Assist with employment contracts, operational notices, administrative memos and updated employee files. • Compliance and Legal: Ensure operational procedures comply with Zambian labour laws and industrial standards. • Employee Relations: Handle employee inquiries, onboarding and staff welfare initiatives. Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field. • Practical experience preparing and uploading NAPSA and NHIMA payroll returns. • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including data management, formulas and statutory templates. • Strong understanding of Zambian labour laws and statutory requirements. • Valid membership with the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM) is an added advantage. • Excellent organisational, problem-solving and communication skills.
