## Job Description

### Key Responsibilities

The Assistant Finance Officer will support accounting and financial operations in the college

- Record daily cash receipts, payments, and ledger transactions.

- Perform bank and account checks.

- Process supplier invoices and verify procurement documents.

- Help compute and file taxes or regulatory dues.

- Organize financial files and receipts for internal or external reviews.

Qualifications and Experience

- Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or Business.

- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and computerized accounting systems (like QuickBooks, SAP, or Sage).
