## Job Description

Accounting Jobs. NID Logistics Jobs. Assistant Accountant maintaining accounting records, processing invoices and supporting reconciliations and month-end activities, requiring a degree in Commerce or Accounting, CPA Section 3 or above and minimum 2 years working experience, in a logistics environment, on-site role.

### Key Responsibilities

- Assist in maintaining accurate accounting records.

- Process and verify invoices, receipts and payment documentation.

- Assist with accounts payable and receivable.

- Support bank, supplier and branch reconciliations.

- Assist in monitoring COD collections and related reconciliations.

- Prepare financial schedules and routine reports.

- Support expense tracking and budget monitoring.

- Maintain proper filing of financial documents.

- Assist with month-end accounting activities.

- Support internal and external audit requirements.

- Ensure financial transactions are properly supported and recorded.

Requirements

- Degree in Commerce, Accounting or a related field. CPA Section 3 or above.

- Minimum 2 years’ working experience.

- Experience working in a logistics company is an added advantage.

- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial records.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- High level of integrity and confidentiality. Good analytical and organizational skills.
