## Job Description

- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports.

- Assisting in filing of VAT, withholding tax, PAYE and other applicable statutory requirements.

- Capture and verify the accuracy of financial transactions.

- Processing supplier invoices, payments and supplier account reconciliations.

- Performing bank reconciliations and other reconciling tasks.

- Assisting with budgeting as needed.

- General ledger accounting, reconciliations, payables, receivables and month-end processes.

- Ensuring payment amounts and records are correct.

- Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.

- Recording and filing of cash transactions.

- Controlling credit and timely debt collection.

- Processing expense requests.

### Key Requirements

- Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately.

- Analytical thinker and problem solver.

- Competent IT skills, particularly proficiency with spreadsheet software.

- High level of accuracy.

- Extremely organised in a manner that is easily read by others.

- Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information.

### Qualifications

- Degree in Accounting, with at least 3 Years of related work experience

- Proficient in  Accounting package ,Microsoft dynamics will have added advantage

- Excellent organizing and multitasking ability

- Outstanding Communication skills
