## Job Description

Finance Jobs, Progressive Credit Jobs. Assistant Sector Head – Corporate & SME drives portfolio growth, manages corporate client relationships, and oversees credit risk assessments, requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, or Business Administration and 3 years credit management experience.

### Key Responsibilities

- Provide leadership and oversight of the Corporate & SME Sector

- Drive growth and profitability of the sector loan book

- Develop products and market penetration strategies

- Maintain a high-quality loan portfolio and manage NPLs

- Oversee customer service and turnaround times

- Lead, mentor and develop sector staff

- Ensure compliance with policies, processes and procedures

- Prepare and oversee sector reports and audit resolutions

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field/ CPA/Credit Certification

- At least 3 years’ senior-level experience in Credit, an MFI, or a financial institution

- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, negotiation, and reporting skills

- Proficiency in MS Office
