## Job Description

Qualifications

- KCSE certificate or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

- Valid Kenyan Driving Licence – Class BCE, with the appropriate category for the ambulance being driven.

- Certificate in Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), First Aid, or a recognized ambulance driver/paramedic training course.

- Valid Certificate of Good Conduct and a clean driving record.

- Minimum of 2 years’ driving experience, preferably with experience driving ambulances or other emergency response vehicles.

- Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) and First Aid certification.

- Knowledge of emergency response procedures, patient handling, and safe transportation of critically ill or injured patients.

- Ability to operate and perform basic checks on ambulance equipment and ensure the vehicle is roadworthy.

- Excellent knowledge of Kenyan roads and traffic regulations.

- Good communication, teamwork, decision-making, and stress-management skills
