This full-time, in-person internship supports learner engagement and retention across hub activities and digital communities. The intern will help organize workshops, study halls and onboarding events; respond to learner questions; coordinate messages to learners and mentors; gather feedback; and track participation data. Requirements

Essential: a completed or in-progress bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Education, Social Sciences or a related field; experience supporting student groups, communities, events or engagement initiatives; strong written and spoken communication; organization and time management; basic ability to track attendance and engagement metrics; and Google Workspace proficiency. Preferred: familiarity with e-learning or digital community tools, learner retention work, event coordination or education operations.
