OVERVIEWNIVED AGRI-CENTER is a registered Malawian agribusiness enterprise based in Skinala, Zomba. The organisation works with farmers, cooperatives, institutions and development partners to provide agribusiness consulting, market linkages, commodity and input supply, aquaculture, poultry and related services.The organisation is seeking a proactive Agro-dealer Sales Assistant to support the sale and promotion of quality agricultural inputs to farmers and farming enterprises.Organisational Unit: Input Supply and SalesReports to: Agro-dealer / Operations ManagerJOB TYPE: Full TimeApplication Deadline: 16th October 2026POSITION: Agro-dealer Sales AssistantDUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in selling and promoting agricultural inputs, including fertilisers, seeds, pesticides, animal feeds, veterinary products, farm tools and equipment.Provide farmers with information and advice on the proper use of agricultural inputs.Assist with shop operations, stock control and proper record keeping.Display products, maintain shop cleanliness and ensure proper stock arrangement.Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.Conduct market outreach, farm visits and demonstrations with farmers.Support the preparation of sales reports and collection of customer feedback.Assist in receiving, checking and storing new stock.Build and maintain good relationships with farmers, cooperatives and other clients.Perform other related duties as assigned by the Agro-dealer / Operations Manager.
