Riset Software & Systems LTD is seeking an experienced, organized, and results-driven Administrative & Team Supervisor to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for team management, staff supervision, administrative operations, and driving the team toward achieving sales targets and company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the day-to-day activities of the team.
- Monitor staff performance, productivity, attendance, and discipline.
- Coordinate daily administrative and office operations.
- Set, monitor, and follow up on team sales targets.
- Ensure consistent customer follow-ups and sales activities.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Prepare team performance and administrative reports.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are followed.
- Motivate and coordinate the team toward achieving company targets.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 30 years of age or above.
- Proven experience in team management and staff supervision.
- Strong experience in administration and office management.
- Experience managing a sales or target-driven team is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage performance and hold team members accountable.
- Good reporting, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional, disciplined, proactive, and results-oriented.
