The Accounts Supervisor will beresponsible for supporting the provision of effective, efficient and accountable financial management and accounting services to Mamwana Farms in accordance with applicable financial management policies,procedures, laws and regulations.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESGeneral leadership and supervision of Accounts officers.Maintain an accurate and up to date asset registerSupervise and coordinate periodic stocktaking exercisesPerform general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.Maintain and reconcile cashbooks on a monthly basis.Prepare and process journal entries in line with accounting standards.Support the implementation and monitoring of internal controls to safeguard assets and ensurecompliance.Assist in the month end close process, including preparation of schedules and reconciliations.Provide support during year end audit, including preparation of audit schedules and responding toqueries.Maintain accurate and up to date financial documentation and filing systems.Assist in the preparation of management accounts and financial reports for internal and externalstakeholdersEnsure compliance with tax regulations and assist in preparation of statutory returns ( eg. PAYE,Withholding tax, income tax)Contribute to the preparation of budget monitoring, reports and variance analysisCollaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and ensure smooth operations.QUALIFICATIONS AND OTHER ATTRIBUTESA Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy from a university accredited or recognised by the National Councilfor Higher Education (NCHE).At least three (3) years of relevant post-qualification with at least two (2) years in a Supervisory Role.Proficiency in Google Suite and accounting softwareStrong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.High levels of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team while meeting tight deadlines.METHOD OF APPLICATIONInterested and suitably qualified candidates should submit as one PDF document, an application letter,detailed Curriculum Vitae and the names and contact details of three (3) traceable referees tomamwana@mamwana.com and copy to hr@mamwana.com with the subject line "Application: AccountsSupervisor – [Your Name]".Closing Date for Applications is 30 September 2026
