Artcaffe Finance Artcaffe is seeking to recruit a qualified and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic Finance team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for numbers and a desire to support efficient financial operations within the company.
Key Requirements
- A Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Completed CPA Part 3.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A team player with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Responsibilities
- Capture verified financial transactions, post journal entries and keep ledgers updated.
- Ensure tax compliance through accurate application of withholding tax, VAT, WHVAT and rent withholding.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of vendor statements against the company’s payable ledger.
- Maintain impeccable documentation management by following the established filing system.
- Ensure audit readiness by providing necessary documentation, schedules and required explanations during internal and external auditors’ periodic reviews.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance department.
- Ensure timely delivery of all assigned key performance indicators.
