VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT@ RAB PROCESSORS LTD POSITION: ACCOUNTS ASSISTANTLocation: Blantyre OVERVIEW Rab Processors Ltd is hiring a suitably qualified and experienced person for the position of Accounts Assistant at its Head Office in Blantyre.KEY REQUIREMENTSEducation, Knowledge, Technical Skills and Experience:

- Minimum of a Diploma in Accounting or Part Qualification of ICAM.
- Minimum of 2 years’ previous experience with a clean track record from a reputable organisation.
- Experience in:o Updating and maintaining finance registers.o Handling payments.o Managing Accounts Payable (AP) age analysis.o AP reconciliations.o Preparing AP reports.o Preparing VAT schedules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.
- Must be presentable and energetic.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in PASTEL is an added advantage.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Updating and maintaining finance registers.
- Handling payments.
- Managing AP age analysis.
- Conducting AP reconciliations.
- Preparing AP reports.
- Preparing VAT schedules.
