Accountant managing day-to-day financial operations including accounts receivable and payable, reconciliations and financial reporting, requiring a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA Intermediate level or above and minimum 3 years finance experience with QuickBooks proficiency, in an e-commerce retail environment, on-site role. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts receivable and payable, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. ### Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end invoicing, collections, and vendor payments. - Perform regular reconciliations for customer and supplier accounts. - Maintain accurate accounts receivable and payable ledgers. - Support month-end closing processes and resolve discrepancies. - Reconcile partner and third-party seller (3PS) transactions on a regular basis. - Maintain accurate partner account records and payment details. - Track receivables and ensure timely settlements. - Support the preparation of partner reports and payouts. - Collect and analyze market pricing data from various sources - Monitor and analyze margins, highlighting variances and trends. - Provide insights to support pricing and procurement decisions. - Ensure financial records and documentation are accurate and audit-ready - Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation - Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards - Manage and reconcile petty cash transactions. - Ensure proper documentation and timely resolution of petty cash discrepancies. ### The profile we’re likely to hire - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - CPA (Intermediate level or above) - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a finance role, preferably in FMCG, retail, or a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in QuickBooks and strong Excel/data analysis skills - Solid understanding of accounting principles and tax processes - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - High attention to detail and organization - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - High level of integrity and confidentiality - Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership - Experience in e-commerce, retail, or a startup environment is an added advantage ### How to Apply Click Here to Apply ## Apply Use the canonical Prime Job Alerts page for full application instructions and source verification.
